Within 2005 Avis introduced in selected Asian markets a service project aimed at improving the delivery of service through the Rent A Car stations, drivers and leasing services. This involved process mapping the organization through processes and manuals and then retraining staff on these new processes which better aligned the organization to the customer. Monitoring is carried out through mystery shopping and customer questionnaires.
