Terms & Conditions
1. This special offer is only applicable for the 3 days, weekly or monthly self-drive car rental of all car groups from Avis Fleet and Avis Prestige Fleet of Avis Hong Kong. Car models and colours are subject to availability.
2. This special offer is applicable for in-store and telephone reservations only. Customer must present a valid Caltex membership card to AVIS staff when picking up the rental vehicle.
3. Customers can make reservations starting from the 1st July, 2020, and must return the hire car on or before the 30th September, 2020 to enjoy this special offer.
4. All of the hire vehicles are covered by insurance. In case of accident, damage, or theft, the hirer is liable for the corresponding insurance deductibles that listed in the price list. However, drink or drug driving, using the vehicle as a passenger car for hire, unnamed driver, participation in disturbance and riot, any illegal activities or failure to complete and submit claim form to Avis Hong Kong within 2 weeks after the incident occurred would invalidate the insurance coverage. Avis Hong Kong reserves the right to forfeit the deposit in full and take action to recover all costs due to invalidation of the insurance coverage.
5. Avis Hong Kong reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the promotion or its terms and conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.
6. This special offer can only be used at Avis Hong Kong.
7. This special offer cannot be exchanged for cash, gifts or cash vouchers.
8. This special offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
9. Deposit must be paid in advance, and is non-refundable.
10. The offer will be made on a first come first served basis.
11. In case of any dispute, Avis Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision.
12. This Terms and Conditions has been translated into Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese. Any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
13. Any person who is not a party to this offer may not enforce any of its terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 Laws of Hong Kong).
14. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in relation to the offer shall be governed, construed, interpreted, enforced and the relations between the parties be determined in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its choice of law rules.
15. This offer is directly provided by Avis Hong Kong which is solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities.
