Terms & Conditions
1. Daily self-drive discount and weekly self-drive discount are applicable on all car groups in Avis Fleet; Monthly self-drive discount is only applicable on car group I, O and P in Avis Fleet.
2. Car models and colours are subject to availability.
3. This special offer is applicable for AVIS TO-GO App, in-store and telephone reservations only. Customer, who book via AVIS TO-GO app, must apply the relative promotion code at the confirmation page to enjoy this special offer.
4. Customer must present a valid PetroChina discount card to AVIS staff when picking up the rental vehicle.
5. Customers can make reservations starting from the 1st April, 2021.
6. Customers, renting any car models in Avis Fleet, must pick up the hire car on or before the 30th June, 2021 to enjoy this special offer.
7. Each customer can only enjoy the monthly offer once only.
8. All of the hire vehicles are covered by insurance. In case of accident, damage, or theft, the hirer is liable for the corresponding insurance deductibles that listed in the price list. However, drink or drug driving, using the vehicle as a passenger car for hire, unnamed driver, participation in disturbance and riot, any illegal activities or failure to complete and submit claim form to Avis Hong Kong within 2 weeks after the incident occurred would invalidate the insurance coverage. Avis Hong Kong reserves the right to forfeit the deposit in full and take action to recover all costs due to invalidation of the insurance coverage.
9. Avis Hong Kong reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the promotion or its terms and conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.
10. This special offer can only be used at Avis Hong Kong.
11. This special offer cannot be exchanged for cash, gifts or cash vouchers.
12. This special offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
13. Deposit must be paid in advance, and is non-refundable.
14. The offer will be made on a first come first served basis.
15. In case of any dispute, Avis Hong Kong and PetroChina International (Hong Kong) Cooperation Limited reserves the right of final decision.
16. This Terms and Conditions has been translated into Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese. Any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
17. Any person who is not a party to this offer may not enforce any of its terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 Laws of Hong Kong).
18. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in relation to the offer shall be governed, construed, interpreted, enforced and the relations between the parties be determined in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its choice of law rules.
